If your horse truly has a tying problem, I do not recommend this halter. I used it one time and the stitching ripped completely clean, causing the ring to break free and my horse to flip over backwards at the hitching rail. I have used several brands of this style halter many times and I’ve never had one break like this, especially brand new.

This " horse sized " halter is quite snug on my smaller paint horse. Would not recommend for any large headed stock horses. however it seems well made and it did solve the pull back problem in one try.

My sweet natured mule is a puller and needs some refreshers on ground work. This is a high quality halter and fits him well. The function of it gives me more control on the ground and I am hoping also will help deter him from rearing at the post.

I used one like this that belonged to my trainer. It is a great training tool and my horse responded quickly to the correction. It’s a great way to teach a horse not to pull.
