This isn't even close to its description. It copper color wire. Even says it on the package. Nothing about gold filled. Labeled falsely.

I'm not sure if this is genuine 14kgf wire. The listing notes it is 14kgf on a brass core and the packaging notes it is "special colour-retaining copper wire for jewelry". The gold color is a bit more yellow than the 14/20 14kt gold filled wire I purchased from my wholesaler, see photos. It is a nice color wire, but honestly, I didn't expect 19 feet of genuine gold filled 18g wire for 9 bucks. It appears to be a decent wire and the coating did stay on when I hardened it and shaped it. I did not have my testing kit so I can't confirm or deny it is 14kgf or plated.
