The first one shipped to me failed after installation. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime and their fantastic customer support service. They offered ship me a new part (same model) next day for free and return the defective part. Top Notch service...On the flip side, called Beck Arnley customer service only to receive unsatisfactory level of service and a list of excuses why they could not be helpful. When the new part fails to hold pressure right out the box, something went wrong with quality control. All I was requesting was a little help on the labor cost of the first install. Basically no real warranty or install support, so beware.Hats off to Amazon.
