This is adorable!! I must confess I have used it for a different purpose though, so know it is valuable for other functions besides a toddler step stool! I have it sitting beside my freestanding tub and on it I have my basket of small shampoos etc and bath bombs, washcloths etc. it lifts it up to the right height that I can easily access the stuff I need while relaxing in a nice hot bath without having to get out of the warm water. Sort of a light almost bamboo color wood that’s a great neutral for decor. Though our kids are older it is sturdy enough for a kid to stand on too, I would definitely think. It would also make a great decorative plant stand.

Got this stool for my two year old son to use in the bathroom/around the house. It’s made of wood and is sanded smoothly with a lovely stain. It’s very lightweight and easy for him to carry, which is a plus. However, my big issue with it is safety: mainly that the legs don’t stay screwed in and that it topples really easily. We’ve had a couple scares with him using it where I’ve had to catch him super-ninja-mom style, and that just defeats the whole purpose for me. He could be just as unsafe using any other random item to stand on/fall off. Not worth it for me. Legs need to have some sort of mechanism to stay locked in place, and the angle of the legs should be wider to give a sturdier base.

This wooden step stool is a charming and functional small stool. Although it’s designed for kids, I got it as a utility stool for household tasks, and it has proven to be incredibly versatile.I use it to reach the highest shelves in my kitchen cabinets and other spots that are just out of reach. It’s also great for sitting while clipping toenails or doing exercises like dumbbell lifting. The stool is sturdy, non-slip, and the perfect size for various everyday uses.Having this small stool around the house is so convenient—I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a practical, compact stool that fits seamlessly into any home.

The BEE & OAK Wooden Step Stool for Kids (Child Stool; Small Wooden Stool for Bathroom, Kitchen) is a petite, but sturdy all wood versatile stool for kids and adults. The stool comes partially assembled with only the four legs to attach to the top of the stool. (See photo #3 and #4.). The craftsmanship of this stool appears to be excellent. The wood is finished with a dark stain and is smooth and without blemishes. The four legged stool is approximately 9 inches high and is sturdy enough to be used as a step stool for kids and most adults. I am using this in my kitchen and hallway as a step stool and it feels very sturdy and stable and versatile to be able to function as a step stool for adults as well as a stool for kids. The stool also comes with slip resistant pads to place on the ends of the four legs for additional stability. I would definitely recommend this stool for its quality, versatility, and value.

The quality of this wood chair is just OK. It seems no matter how I tighten the legs. The legs are still a bit wobbly thank goodness I’m not using it for an actual child. I am actually using it to hold my sauna steamer on the top of it so it should hold up in that matter because it is not as heavy as a child.

First of all, I loved this little stool when it arrived and the build quality seemed solid and sturdy. It's adorable and perfectly sized for our two and a half year old toddler. Assembly was simple, just screwing the legs into the seat. It lasted one week before one of the legs came off. It didn't break off, it just came loose and doesn't screw back in properly, as if the screw itself broke off inside the stool somehow. No idea why this happened but it's super disappointing as I really loved the stool. For reference, our toddler weighs 30 lbs and the stool is supposed to hold up to 200 lbs. There is no way to fix it either because we spent 2 days trying to figure out how to replace the screw in the leg but it can't be removed. Probably just a random defective item, but I wouldn't order this again.
