About every tube I opened was separated and I don’t know if it was out of date or what. The date shown was from the middle of last year. I don’t know if that’s the exp. date or date of manufacture. You could open a tube and it would start out clear and make a mess. Then you could open another tube and it might start out good but then it would turn clear again in the middle of the run and you’d have to wipe it off and start over. Has anyone else had this happen or is it normal. I know some silicones do this and it’s just where it separates but it’s very minimal. These separated a lot but the good parts of the tube seemed to run pretty good when it worked normal. I hope it works better for others than it did for me. I had to open other tubes to try them out on the project to see if they were better but they were all the same.I was contacted shortly after by Christina and she assured me that she was going to make it right. I explained what had happened and all and she was very understanding of the situation I highly recommend them.

This sealant was easy to use and worked well to reseal the edges around the camper roof. The hardest part of the process was climbing the ladder and dealing with the old sealant. This goes on easily and is holding up well so far with no cracking or pulling loose. We also keep a spare tube in the camper to deal with unexpected issues.

Takes a long time to set. I'm impatient and also made a bit of a mess with this. Can't blame the product because it was my fault.Seems to work well though. Hard to tell yet though because I haven't had any rain. But based on other products, it appears that it will work fine.

Recently resealed the roof of my class-c. Previous sealant hadn't been great and tended to get funky after temp changes IMO. This stuff did the trick and then some. Loved how smooth it came out and how the finish looked. Kind of hard to puncture the tip, but once that was done - off to the races.
