Bored an 3/7" hole through a half-inch diameter hardened steel rod with a handheld cordless drill by applying steady pressure.Took less than 15 minutes.Other drill bits barely made a little dent.

Bits are not sharp. Not making any holes. I would rather buy it from dollar store.

I would suggest getting a different box for your bits or including these somewhere else in your tool box. As you can see from the picture they don't fit securely, but the box does work well enough. Like wise the bit itself gets the job done, but has no special material or extra features over any others.
