Repair options are horrible. Spare parts are not available. Service just opened back up since closure for Covid19. $80 to send a PCB in to be evaluated though I have already diagnosed the problem and the board cannot be fixed. I guess I'll just throw my mixer/interface in the trash and find a company that actually supports their products.

The internal router does not work with IOS 16 on Ipad. EVERYONE is aware of this issue but not disclosing it until after the sale. I've spent over 20 hours online and holding for Tech support to learn what A I should have been informed about from the beginning. This will NOT work as advertised.

Worked great for about 5-6 months until the first 6 channels stopped working along with the main out. Support is a joke. You have to use MusicTribe to get support. My experience was horrible. I opened a ticket and after a few emails back and forth I was told to contact a authorized service center to get a quote to get fixed. I was like what? Really this is only 6months old. I went ahead and contacted a service center and was told to contact MusicTribe to get an RMA. I feel I'm getting the run around here. This is why I feel their support is a joke. These are not just a cheap $150 piece of rack gear. Behringer's support needs to step up their game!

This is the third Behringer mixer i tried. Flow 8 is ok as well, however this one is outstanding device for the money and quality. Be patient, learn software and enjoy mobility, portability, quality and etc.. :)

They no longer support control through iPad. There is absolutely no tech support from Behringer, no reply to emails and support requests. What once was an awesome product is now reduced to garbage. Would not recommend to buy their product after experiencing their lack of support.
