It does seem hotter than propane for freeing rusted parts. I really like igniter.

We have a farm and we’re always heating up bolts with the big torches but sometimes they are a pain with the lines, and moving the tanks. We have the TS4000 with propane but we also wanted MAP Gas for those really stuck bolts. With the TS8000, producing 25% more heat than the TS4000, paired with MAP Gas, it gets bolts cherry RED within 30 seconds but without the hassle of the lines and big tanks. Quick, easy and a press of a button and your seconds away from getting what you have stuck to unstuck. I would highly recommend!
