For cd's recorded specifically to reproduce ELFs for parasympathetic-stimulating effects, these headphones work great. Recall that cd manufacturers cut-out any acoustics below 20Hz as they declare it to be inaudible, but humans can hear harmonics below 20 Hz, read the literature on PubMed for yourself. People tend to parrot garbage repeatedly, without bothering to think things out for themselves. The 20 Hz limit is a big MYTH.So, if the music you're listening to recommends ELF-capable headphones, these are the way to go unless you want to pay over $3000 for a certain high-end brand that requires an additional expenditure in the form of a headphone amplifier. At $169, these are a bargain, and they are used by some studio musicians.
