I used this as my first plunger and rest. Great hardware and sturdy. I keep it around incase my more fragile arrow rests break. I also like that it can be bolted out the way for barebow.

The plunger fit my recurve bow but I couldn't put on the arrow rest because I don't have the 2nd hole in the bow. I have bought a new bow that has two holes in it one for the plunger and the other for the nut that will hold the arrow rest. Then I will be able to use the arrow rest.
