I ordered this because I'm restoring my mountain bike. This arrived on time and as described. This was easy to use and worked as described. I'm pleased with it and recommend it.

I used it to take apart my mountain bike, and it worked like a charm—smooth, efficient, and easy to use.It made the job so much easier, and I can already tell it’s going to last a long time. Definitely 5 stars for quality and performance!

Let me start by saying I was concerned after reading some reviews who were of the opinion that this was a one use tool at best as they felt the material was too thin. But I bought it anyway. The main reason? Well, I've seem to have misplaced my park bearing cup tools somewhere and needed to remove the headset cups on an old bike. This bike was my mountain bike that I rode from 2000 to 2006. It has been sitting, untouched since then. I decided I wanted to restore it and the headset bearings were shot. Decided to upgrade it to a modern headset with sealed bearings so needed to remove the headset cups which have been in since 2000. Now over 23 years, steel touching aluminum corrodes and these were really stuck in there. I got this tool and started with a regular hammer. They wouldn't budge. Stepped up to a 2 lb. Sledge and popped them both right out. Going back to the concern that this was a one time use tool and it wouldn't stand up to abuse........nonsense. I knocked out these 23 year old corroded in cups with a 2 lb. Sledge and the tool took virtually no damage. You can tell it's been used, but the edges that impact on the cups are still solid with only very minor Knicks and the plastic end that you hit with the hammer is not only still there but has zero damage. This tool will be around for many more uses, especially if you are using it on cups that are not welded in with corrosion as mine were. This is only my opinion, which I do not give often, but felt was necessary as my experience was not even remotely close to some that are listed. But what do I know? I've only worked on and ridden bikes since 1972 and have mountain biked since they came out in the 1980s on some of the most brutal trails in north America and still ride every week today and have always built and worked on my own bikes.

Works as needed. Needed to remove 1 1/2 headset cups so I needed to greatly bend the prongs for it to work.

No issue with quality. Everything lined up and popped out with one or two hits with a rubber mallet. I have a flanged tube, no problems with this tool.

It works, but will need a block of wood to save the hammer and the removal tool. The built in plastic cap broke on first use.

They break the first time u use them.I purchased knowing it was junk as I've had one before but I needed it for a quick job. Definitely surprised at how fast this one broke. Lol second smack it shatters on top.. Not a bid deal but if you bend one tong on the bottom this tool will forever demolish anything you use it on the tongs bend out of alignment and cause uneven seating on the item to be removed all the hit power gets focused to one prong not spread out amongst them all and that one prong just guages and mames whatever it's on. Best off honestly to buy a real tool kit for $50 you'll do more than $50 damages using this tool. Allso there isn't a way to hold a bike still and smack this tool straight on to prevent bending tongs. Even on a bike stand the frame bounces around . To remove headset cups with frame on bike stand u gotta hold up the frame downturn with your knee stand like a flamingo and smack downwards then your fingers get pinched and cut you wide open. It's really not h tool for the job guys
