I was really disappointed with this key combination lock when I try to reset to add combination code numbers for this lock it did not want to accept the code numbers and then the thing just got stuck I couldn't open it at all I definitely do not recommend this product you're better off buying a more better one which I did.

Well, this didn't last long. Used it for a $300 electric scooter for my daughter. She goes to FSU and she can't take the scooter inside due to safety concerns for the battery. A month ago she drove home so that she could pick it up and use it on campus. Yesterday she walked out to get her scooter to go to class, but no scooter there. Just this lock that was left 🙄 Hope the thief gets burned up by an exploding battery. Sent me a picture of what's left behind. $300+ plus the cost of this lock, down the drain. Just great!!!

So far it works, the set up was easy, i took a star off because the key function took longer than expected to open

I use this to lock the gate for my rural driveway. Previously, I used a chain with a padlock. One night, locked myself out of house without any keys. Had to climb the gate, from which I promptly fell. Now, I can use the key, if I have it, which is quicker. But if I don’t have the key, I can use the combination, and avoid a trip to the emergency room and stitches. I would like to have had a heavier cable, but if someone wants in badly enough, they will have a huge set of bolt cutters, and get in whether you have a cable or a chain. The five code wheels give this lock added security. I like this product.

An image says that the cable is 12mm thick, and the description says ½" diameter (a tad over 12.5mm). I measured (with a cheap plastic caliper) the overall thickness at a tad over 11mm. The cable itself, encased in plastic, is however much thinner, and could probably be cut quite easily.Nonetheless, this is a very substantial-looking lock that might, by its very appearance, deter many potential thieves. The lock cylinder (with all the rotating number wheels) is much beefier than I had imagined when looking at the photos.The two ends of the cable can be separately detached from the lock unit. The blunt end of the lock is unlocked with the key. The cable end that has a serrated projection into the cylinder of number wheels is disconnected with the combination.The description twice says that the material is plastic. That would be a gigantic vulnerability, but text within an image says "Strengthened steel. Cylinder and plug stronger than others." I'm not sure what "plug" means. Maybe the cylindrical metal end of the cable? The other end of the cable, with the serrated projection, could alternatively be the steel "plug," but it is referred to as an "aluminum lock catch" in a photo of what is apparently the same lock sold under a different brand name, "Keystp."Locks that can only be opened with a combination have always worried me. I've had many of them. What if I forget the combination of one while far from home with a bicycle?This lock won't deter professional thieves, who will snip the cable and drive away in a van 15 seconds later. But few things will deter such thieves. For other thieves, this might be sufficient. I like that it comes with a frame mount.
