Works like it should. I bought this to extend the range of my RV camera.

The magnet on the antenna cannot hold anything. you can't even do 80 km an hour without it flying off the vehicle, they're poorly made

They work very well boosting the signal. I would definitely recommend it.

After searching and searching for replacement antennas for our RioLink cameras I finally contacted the RioLink customer service and this was the replacement they suggested. You have to get an adapter (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CVQ3XLY?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) to go between the two but it works perfectly!

Tested using a Netgear Nighthawk M1 MR1100. Using SMA Female to TS9 Male adapters.First, signal quality and speeds are correlated but not 1-1. Speeds can influenced by the tower speeds, number of users in your area, deprioritization and number of other factors.I live in area where towers are obstructed by hills and some buildings. 1 bar usually.Without the antennas, I got around 8Mbps average across 3 tests. With the antennas on the car, I get 16Mbps.That is enough to make it worth my time and money. For 12 bucks, the fact that they actually work, instead of just being decorations is good enough. If you have no signal at all, this won't help you. If you are too far from the tower, this won't help. This will only bump a weak signal into a slightly better signal. One unfortunate note is that the M1 won't operate on its internal antennas with the adapters attached. I was thinking of just unscrewing the SMA and taking the M1 with me on the go. You will need to remove the adapter every time. That sucks since TS9 are a pain to remove and aren't designed to be unplugged over and over.

They sent with double sided tape.... not magnetic. Zero stars if I could. I bought these just before traveling so no real way to get a replacement. Will buy from someone else in the future before another trip. Don't buy expecting what's advertised.

Bought for my LTE modem, I run on the 40 / 41 band, in the description this antenna would work on the following frequencies Range: 698-960 MHz, 1710-2170 MHz, 2300-2700 MHz;it so happens that the middle frequency length for these is; 36.18 mm (half-wave length=hwl 18mm) 15.46 mm ( 7.7 hwl) and 12 mm ( 6 mm hwl) the height of the entire element doesn't match the wavelength, the size of the top doesn't either. The only benefit is that it can be cut to length, between 1/2 and 1/4. since it's larger. The top element is an aluminum flange that does nothing IMHO and neither does the coil.I might take benefit of the base and drill to remove the entire element and use a bike spoke to construct the element at desire length.

I bought these antennas (pack of two) to use with my ZTE MF288 (With Bell Canada). Before the installation I got an average of 3 Mbps. After installation.... no difference. I did around 20 differences tests. I validated cell towers around my house and I have two towers, one a 4.7km and the other at 8km. For me this distance should be ok for the purpose of these antennas. But look like completely useless....I tried difference possibilities (connections choice, 2.4 or 5G, around my house, etc.) no difference.....

Simple and efficient. I do believe the 7dBi claim based on my experience. So it has been very positive so far no problems looks like I have 4 of them so far.
