We have a small area of turf on our motorhome pad in a very warm climate. We have two dogs that use the turf on an occasional basis. This product keeps our turf smelling nice and our neighbors happy!

It was easy to use and got a lot of my dogs hair. It smelled good and I would recommend it to other people with shedding dogs!

This is a great product, but the lid was not secure and it arrived only 2/3 full and leaking. Since the lid was loose and it was in a plastic bag, I have to assume it started the journey a little loose and shipping vibrations backed the cap off even more.I reiterate the product is great. Even a 2/3 bottle does way more than the cheaper Simple Green product.

I just made my 2nd order. I’ve got 4 big dogs and 2 cats, smallest 55lbs and biggest 95lbs. I treated my turf yesterday and it actually smells amazing. This stuff works!!!!! Way better than anything at a store. I’m going to be using it in my house on my tile and carpet as soon as my shipment comes in. As far as customer service, it’s superb. I called the company and talked to the owner. He was extremely helpful in letting me know how much to use, and even explained the formula to me. I’ll never use anything else.

I have a small back yard that we installed artificial turf on because our three dogs tore up the grass each summer and left a muddy mess in the winter. The dogs primarily use the yard to urinate in (seldom defecating on the turf...they prefer natural grass for that) so the urine odor accumulates over time. I used BioTurf and it did a good job of cutting through to odor.I'm not sure if I got a defective container because there was no plastic hose inside the bottle to feed the BioTurf out of the bottle. I wondered why the first two times I used it didn't seem to make a dent in the amount left in the bottle (and didn't seem to work at cutting the odor.) I took the top off and discovered there was no hose inside. The next time I used it I held the bottle upside down, and that took care of the problem, although it was awkward and a bit messy.The yard smells much cleaner, two weeks after using the last of the BioTurf.
