Literally I used this as a pillow to keep my head /neck straight when I hit it. It did a great job and save me some positional pain relief. It’s definitely worth the $ if you’re in a situation like I was in.

Somewhat uncomfortable under the neck. I didn't feel like it helped relax my neck.

I like it! I know its firmness is necessary but I just wish it was a little bit softer so I could sleep on it all night, but I use it when I’m struggling with extreme pain and it calms the pain down a lot! Thank you 🙏🏽

I bought this due to stiffness of my neck and shoulder. Setting it up on my bed and laying on it for a few minute, it keeps me relax for a good night rest. Normally without it, I would feel restless due to the irritating stiffness feeling of my neck.

I like this for gradual release of tension. You have to be really gentle with yourself getting on and off it. Sometimes when I get up too fast, I feel twinges. Other than that, gentle breathing with the pressure points helps my neck and shoulders unclench a lot!
