This back stretcher harness is well made from quality materials. It runs a little large, though. I'm having to use extra padding so the harness does not slip too much. I would have bought a small if they had offered one.

I have been getting spinal decompression for years at the chiropractor office with his sophisticated decompression tables. It really helps my back.I bought this product in hopes that it would be good enough to help my back in between the visits to the chiropractor.It is good enough…but the instructions say to wrap it around your chest. WRONG! To keep it from sliding up, it needs to be wrapped around your midsection…below the rib cage.And that means the sizing measurement needs to be done there too. I am a big guy (XL shirts) and had to purchase the smaller size (medium) of this product.

Worked like a charm I could feel just after a couple 5 min intervals in first day my back feels less tight. Pain in my lower back is not gone by any means but definitely felt decompressed will continue to use daily.

If you're bigger busted this is not for you. My wife got it and she said it feels like it's ripping her chest off. I will be returning it.

I like the design and function of this back spine stretching health tool. Just make sure to oder the proper size and attach it to your waist, not your chest !

This is an excellent product for lower to mid/upper back traction. It has an excellent build quality and highly adjustable. But I can't see this being comfortable for women based on how it sits across the torso or chest depending on where you require traction. Also, this is highly versatile of you use it with a chair to help support you. Again, depending on where you require traction.

Ordered sized as recommended. I can’t use it because you can’t make it tight enough to hol you up.Last a few seconds, the slowly slides up under your arms.Not very functional.

The straps are nearly impossible to adjust because of the loop system they implemented. During the try-out part of using this belt it took far too long to adjust for each attempt. Secondly, the belt itself is poorly designed. It pulls up beneath the armpit and cuts into the skin causing much pain. A redesign with more distance between the straps by the arms and a lot of padding (and I mean A LOT) would make this a workable device. As it is, this belt was hastily designed mass produced for a fast profit. I gave it an extra star because it's the start of a good idea. On a positive note, the belt itself seems very sturdy, though I'm not a fan of velcro. The belts clips also seemed to hold well for the few times I was able to try it.

I have a herniated disc on my l5 and it has pinched a nerve along my left leg. It's been painful for a couple of years now and I thought I'd give this a try.Just a warning that this belt is incredibly uncomfortable. It basically hangs from your armpits and you have to have it very tight around your chest for it to work.The good news is that just after a handfull of 5 minute stretches, my leg is already feeling much better. I'll update this again after I can report on the longer term affects.
