This "neck stretcher" does exactly as advertised and does so without being cost prohibitive. It releases pressure on my neck and helps alleviate the neck, shoulder, and arm pain I experience due to a pinched nerve. I look like an obese chipmunk while using, but it's worth it!

Worked great out of the box, but i was only able to use it 3x and the Velcro strap tore - a week after the return window closed.

This neck pillow helped with my neck pain. The first one I purchased I gave to a friend. So I ordered another one. I highly recommend this because it works and for the great price.

I use this in dance class to help with proper posture and lifting the chin. This is my newest one and I like this one much better because you can clip the hose to keep inflated and remove the ball. My older one does not have this feature, and it was difficult to use when jumping.
