Black Leather Burse with Strap

I’m so satisfied with this burse! I was afraid it would be low quality and that I’d wind up having to buy something more suitable for carrying the Eucharist to the sick but this was perfect! Pleasantly surprised!

Material y diseño de alta calidad. El cordón tiene broches de cada lado para desprender el cuerpo del relicario facilmente, además se puede adaptar a la medida de la persona lo que da un plus al producto. El interior tiene forro de terciopelo, que da delicadeza por dentro y máxima resistencia por fuera. Lo recomiendo ampliamente a los ministros extraordinarios de la sagrada comunión.

I've been using this for a few months and while it is sturdy and well made (very) I wish it wasn't so bright, large, and obvious, and had a velcro closure.I don't want to imply this is in poor taste, defective, or not functional to keep and transport the Eucharist. It is great.They couldn't have made it smaller as the smaller size pix fits perfectly, but the leather is thick so it looks larger than it is. A larger pix will fit perfectly as well, so no worries.The gold print on both sides is very large, shiny, and obvious for my comfort. It isn't gosh, but it makes an announcement. On my route, I would prefer not to draw attention in some places.The snap is a little inconvenient compared with the ease of velcro. I am concerned it might scratch the pix over time, and the pressure required to snap it could damage hinges it as well.The strap is excellent and should remain secure for a long time. My old burse strap failed (not good).Maybe use and leather conditioner will help. I was always the kid that had to rub new sneakers in the grass and dirt before wearing them the first time.
