Purchased it for remodeling the bathroom, I am pretty satisfied with the quality so far.It was my first time trying to install a smart toilet,and I found it was easy to install after watching some videos. It looks amazing after done. Easy to operate with remote,great temperature control. And it's easy to clean because of how it looks.Overall,it's a great value for money and would definitely recommend it.

I've been really impressed with this toilet. It's a fraction of the main brand toilets and works amazingly. I actually cheaped out after buying this one and tried a less expensive bidet toilet for my other bathroom. Which broke in a matter of months.The water pressure is strong and adjustable, providing a thorough clean every time. The heated seat and dryer are game-changers, making every bathroom experience luxuriously comfortable, especially during the colder months. These features alone have made this bidet an invaluable part of my daily routine.We used a professional plumber for the installation so we cannot attest to whether is is easy for the DIY’er but the plumber we used have never installed one before and he had no trouble. I am very satisfied to buy it. I strongly recommend purchasing it for my family and friends !!

“I purchased two of these toilet seats in May and set them up in July as part of a bathroom renovation project that took longer than expected. After just two months of use, the toilet seat is no longer working as advertised. The temperature screen has faded, and the electricity keeps cutting off, suggesting there may be an electrical issue that could have damaged the screen. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to reach the seller to get help with this issue.”

Firstly, you need to ensure that the template (there's a picture of it in the product description) is going to work. You need more than 12" of clearance between the drain hole and the back wall. If you don't have that, then it's not going to work.Do you have power that easily accessible? You're going to need some specialist folks to give you a hand if you need to have a new outlet installed. You're likely not going to get the clean install you see in the pictures unless this is a reno and you've got everything ripped apart. That's a great time to get something fancy like this... it's a bit more problematic to get it up and running in a space that might not be conducive to the product.It's a cool toilet; it does everything but file your taxes, but it's not going to work in every space, and it's a lot toilet, so to speak... It's working just fine, but at the back of my mind, I do wonder how long it's going to problem free... Think of how simple the inside of a regular toilet is. There's pretty much nothing back there, and even then you still need to replace things from time to time. I would say, good luck on parts... when it breaks down, it's probably done.It's a great toilet; I'm sure you're going to be in the same boat with any unit like this you buy.
