Beaucoup trop grand pour une cuvette standard, donc il dépasse , sinon j’aime beaucoup le siège chauffant , le séchoir…. Aucunement assez fort pour sécher quoi que ce soit

I spent 3 hours and 2 trips to the hardware store attempting to install this. It shouldn't be so difficult. I think the metal brackets should be installed upside down from what it shows, it make no sense why there are groves in the bracket if they weren't supposed to slip in. Biggest issue was I needed to use the 3/8" valve filter for my system. Unfortunately after you are nearly done with the installation, there is no quick connect for the pv water hose to attach to it, and no directions on what to do. The directions are clearly translated from another language so not fully complete. I couldn't find any installation video's either. In the picture from the ad you can see these are clearly different. I have reached out to the company to see if they can supply what is needed. Otherwise the next step, if I decide to keep it, is to shut off the water to the house, which involves buying another tool and more strength than I have, and replacing my shut off valve with a 1/2 inch, and pray I get that installed correctly. I don't live in a new house, and this was a huge splurge for me, so not able to afford a plumber. I may just go back to TP. I will update if I get a resolve from the seller and if I actually am able to install and use the bidet.

Not very pleased. Does not attached to toilet firmly (slides all over the place) and the plumbing fittings don't fit and I will be making my 2nd trip to hardware store to hopefully find something that works)

Nous toute aimé du produit tout fonctionne à merveille. Banc chauffant eau chauffante différentes intensités d’eau, lumière dans le banc qui nous permet de bien voir la nuit, mode économie qui permet au brancher de repartir le banc chauffant seulement lorsqu’on y s’assoit, l’inclinaison du banc ainsi que la grandeur le rend très confortable,par contre le séchage n’est pas assez puissant pour sècher rapidement

I had never used one of these before and bought it for my wife. The connection to the water line was simple. The unit seems well made and so far has been very reliable. If you think about the fact that your usage of toilet paper is reduced to almost nil, you might even argue that this would pay for itself in a couple years. Definitely recommended.

I will update this in a few months if anything changes. Got this during Black Friday week. It was a thing I didn’t know I wanted. Installation was easy (but I have an outlet close enough to use - this would be the biggest issue for someone). I haven’t had any issues with it OTHER than my child bought me a “toilet timer” for Xmas. Sidenote: it’s really not good/healthy to post up and live in your bathroom regardless of how warm the seat/cleaning spray is.

I liked it very much. There was one problem the two T junctions did not fit our standard connections so we had a difficult time finding the answer. We think we have the answer now and will buy a part that fits the T junction. Amazon was helpful!

I’m definitely NOT a professional but I am rather handy. I installed this bidet alone in under an hour. The instructions are not great. I used common sense. TIPS: turn off the water supply and have a small container to collect water that will likely be in the hoses. The diagram showed those metal clips upside down (which made the seat move around once installed. I simply removed the seat and screws and flipped them over. Easy peasy. I took this baby out on its maiden voyage. Real nice. Everything worked beautifully. It’s a nice feature in the basement bathroom where it’s a bit cooler. The heated seat & water is lovely. The dryer is a bandaid in a broken arm, but as expected. Our other bidets are the same. The dryer can only do so much unless you want to sit awhile. 4 stars bc the directions were just meh. A video would be super helpful. I couldn’t find one anywhere.

I got the product and was excited but the T fittings include, is not standard toilet fittings. My toilet has 3/8 male to 7/8 female braided connector pipe. They supplied a Tee 1/2 male to 1/2 female with a plastic 1/4 compression fitting for the bidet connecting pipe, then include another T fitting with 3/8 female no rubber seal to 1/2 male for the toilet pipe and 3/8 compression fitting but the pipe is 1/4 that go to the bidet, This is useless, why bother.This is what shows on the website:Include Two Different Size of T-ValveThe package include 1/2 " and 3/8 " two different size of T-valve, can fit 99% of toilet. The seat is very comfortable and the heated seats are very nice. I love the added features to turn the nightlight on and off to save power. As well as all customization for what ever your needs may be. I love that this seat comes with a deodorizer. They also have absolutely amazing customer service that responds in a very timely matter. Thank you comfy bidet for including two different size T vaulves it saves my the headache of trying to find one to fit my skirted toilet.
