I was offered a partial refund when I reported several beams that had significant dents not from shipping. Caused me to coordinate the beams so dented sides were not as visible. I would not have wanted to return this heavy item. I took the partial refund. Thanks for taking care of the customer. Would rather have one of these that is not dented. Story of my life… smh
