O produto chegou com marcas de uso, conforme fotos em anexo. Além disso veio com defeito. Em 20 minutos de uso, aparece o código E3 e não absorve nada de água.

Very pleased with this compact dehumidifier; works magically in enclosed garage. Very easy to set up and automatically stops when reservoir is full - easy empty. Would also be suitable for indoor spaces - nice clean appearance. Highly recommend.

I live in an apartment where they put AC units in the wall of each apartment and the condenser outside. The units, at least mine, tend to get very humid. My "energy bill" is built into my rent and is a flat fee, so in Texas, you know I set my AC to 65 all day long..in the summer, it never gets that low, but it will reach 67 in the middle of the night/early morning.I bought a thermometer/hygrometer, and it was showing 70%+ in my bedroom. It made the 70 degrees I could get the temperature down to in the early evening feel so much hotter. It always felt so sticky, so I ordered this for the bedroom. My entire apartment is, I believe, around 800 sqft and the bedroom is decent sized. I am seeing that this holds 8 pints (3.79 liters), and it gets full approx every 3 hours, and it will often need to be emptied every 3 hrs 24 hrs a day. That means this thing is pulling 24+ liters of moisture out of the air in my bedroom every day? That seems insane that the air could even hold that much water, but I am emptying it like clockwork, and this thing is pretty great.I wish it was bigger, but it fits nicely next to my bed, is not very noisy- it sounds maybe like a floor fan on medium speed...it rolls around very nicely and easily, and it's super easy and intuitive to pull out the tank to dump it. The handle on the tank feels sturdy, not too heavy to carry to the tub to empty, is built in such a way that I can turn it almost totally over so it will quickly empty, and it's never splattered all around or went anywhere but the tub.The buttons on the top are super NOT intuitive. I have no idea who designed the buttons, but they are ridiculous and make little logical sense. I had to actually read the manual to figure out what the heck the buttons meant, because they are actually rather comical. The buttons on mine do not match the more logical buttons on the product pictures. Anyhow, it does not matter ultimately, as I have it set at 45% humidity and have the buttons set and never touch them. The filter comes out easily, very simple to clean. That area is easy to clean on the unit itself. It's very low profile which I like...it does not take up much space and is somewhat hidden next to my bed.You have to take off the tank that holds the water before you use it, which I did not realize, because the hose it comes with is in there and an adapter if I remember correctly. I do not use the hose as I have nowhere to run it/dump it in my apartment.Anyhow, it's been a god-send, and I run it 24 hours a day for a month now, no issues- it's not silent, but I can deal w the noise for the reduction in humidity. I am finding I can get it down from 70%+ to around 49% at the lowest so far. That's a nice reduction that makes it feel not at all sticky in my bedroom now. I will often close my bedroom door to make sure the humidity is down in there, as I also run a portable AC 24 hrs a day in my living room area. This has worked wonders so far.

I am thrilled with this dehumidifier. It's a lot smaller than my old one that died, and I was worried it wouldn't be as effective for my super moist basement, but it's great! The reservoir is small, which would be an issue if you have to empty it - in my basement I'd probably have to remember to empty it like four or five times a day in the summer - but this comes with a plastic tube you can attach to the back to drain into a sink or a drain, and it's so simple it seems unbelievable, but it really WORKS!!!My basement is about 14' x 30' with 8' high ceiling and an additional crawl space in back.My utility sink is pretty high up and the tube doesn't work uphill (no pump, it's literally just a cheap plastic tube), so I put a sturdy board on top of my dryer next to the sink and keep the dehumidifier on that makeshift platform, with the hose going into the utility sink. It's been running for 2 months and no issues. To use the dryer I just lift it off, remove the board, and then replace it when I'm done. A little bit of a pain but much better than having to remember to empty the reservoir over and over every day, and I can leave it running when I go away.My house is built near a river, so it's in a floodplain and basements get really wet, with mildew and mold if it's left alone long enough. With this dehumidifier it doesn't smell bad down there anymore, and things I store in the basement don't end up with that "basement smell". It makes my whole house less likely to smell like mildew in the humid humid summers we have over here. Two tips:1) The drain hose comes folded up and has pretty intense bends in it, creating several flattened spots in the hose, so when I first unbent it and hooked it up I took some chip clips and butterfly clips and put one on each of the the bends to push the edges of the flattened spots in the other direction in hopes of opening up those flat spots. Doing this did not get rid of the bends entirely, but loosened them up enough for water to get through. The water comes out slowly in drips and dribs, so there doesn't need to be much space, but I wanted to make sure the water wouldn't get stuck. It might work to warm up the tube with hot water before trying to squeeze out the flattened spots, since it's plastic - I didn't try that but I bet it would make it easier.2) Don't forget to clean the filter. There is a red light that goes on when it's time, but that red light seems based on how many days it's been, not actual monitoring of the filter. I'm finding that sometimes it looks clear and not in need of cleaning but if I rub gently with my fingers, a lot of dirt balls up and comes off. I just clean it with my fingers, but be gentle! You don't want to have to replace the filter.I'm super happy with this product, and recommend it for your basement or other room.
