I highly recommend this harnessI bought this harness after getting a cheaper alternative first - the BlackRapid harness is worth the higher price in terms of comfort, quality of build, safety (the carabiner and loop!), and functionality (love the locks on the straps)Overall it is just a great product and makes day long photo shoots more comfortable

Incredibly helpful for carrying two cameras securely while keeping my hands free and eliminating the strain on my back and shoulders. Made my long shoots much more manageable. This harness is worth every penny!

This is coming from a plus-sized/obese woman (107kg/235 lbs), for reference.I purchased this last minute for a recent trip where a portion of my visit stated my camera bag dimensions would be rejected and not allowed to enter the premises. Blinking, I wondered if I could rig my current single camera Blackrapid strap for two cameras, and then thought: You're an idiot, CERTAINLY other photogs have had dual camera issues and this has been solved.Of course it has! I read multiple other reviews, watched videos, especially from those fitting my physicality, so this is both a review and a response.I took a chance on this particular set-up because of what I saw as a few flaws/differences in the reviews for heavy women between how I would use it.Overall: The versatility of adjustment with this harness is fantastic. I found it worked with my body type for both hiking and urban photography, as I could adjust it on the go. I have small concerns with the long-term durability of the plastic clamps, but overall this looks to be an excellent addition to my travel gear. if you are a dual camera wielder that is sick of half+ your weight on your camera bag hanging off your shoulders: give this a serious try.1) This is an EXCELLENT hiking harness: my trip was "technically" urban-ish, but it also involved ascending 56 storeys and walking or hiking 13 km/ 8 miles a day. Before I left on my trip, I tested it on my daily 8 km / 5 miles for a couple of days to make sure the balance between my left and right cameras could accommodate my height (less than 165 cm /5'5"), balance, movement, and activity.2) Fit: There are definitely people this won't fit well, I feel like height-wise I'm on the barely acceptable small side. In order to achieve a good balance - and several reviews in my demo (shorter/overweight/female) stated they thought it wasn't a good fit - it takes some physics balancing between your body and the cameras (in plural) to keep the harness from creeping up.Just keeping the "cameras" at "hip" level isn't enough, you need to adjust based on your body shape/movement gate, the weight of each camera, and your activity to reach a good balance for the swing of cameras at rest (cinched by the clips) and slide of the harness up your chest. When one part of my trip went from rapid ascent/descent to flat-more-urbanized landscapes, I was able to easily adjust the gravity balance of my cameras for the change. I experienced a bit of riding up of the front-center harness strap, but only after I'd stopped to really notice that it had ridden above where I'd expected it. (aka: I didn't physically notice it, when the cameras were balanced to my activities.)Being as short as I am, the "back" straps DO have some bulge. It's not noticeable when you have a light jacket on, but when it is you and the straps... it's technically there. Again, this is because I was focused on overall balance of my cameras vs my activities.Physicality: These were an absolute DELIGHT to wear for 12+ hours at a time. With my camera bag (sling) and my single-strap BR, and backpacks, I feel a lot of muscle tension buildup over the day. End of a 14 hour day with this harness: felt nothing in my shoulders or back. Amazing, chef's kiss, have been recommending it during and after my trip. I look forward to my next hiking trip.Durability: My initial usage was only 10 days - I'm looking forward to more trips. However, several reviews have pointed out weak points which I can agree with: the plastic clips. Given the likely usage for people willing to shell out this much for a camera harness, I don't think it unreasonable to use metal clips, despite the possible wear on the straps, because I can foresee these hard plastic clips giving out with standard use.Downsides:1) Obviously there is the external element. having cameras hanging from your hips is going to incur bouncing, regardless of how cinched they are. Also if you don't have a long enough jacket/wrap, the cameras will be exposed to rain/fog. Three of my travel days were Very Wet, and my windbreaker + umbrella was more than enough to keep my equipment dry.2) As others have stated, the weak points (plastic clips, etc) are the worst weak points. Overall, I'm most concerned about the chest clip, as from my usage that seems like it will be the weakest point overall, unless the CamLocks (clips securing the cameras) movement give out first.

I bought this as I needed someway to carry 2 Canon DSLR cameras without straining my neck, which has been injured & operated on. These straps work well, distributing the weight across my shoulders and back. They are sturdy, straps are well constructed & adjustable and connect well to the camera bases. However, be advised that you need to be aware of space around you as with these attachments + your cameras, you will need more room to move, especially near people, on pathways, in the Bush etc.

To start. I was expecting to get a cheaply made knockoff to holdfast gear. I know that every once in a while this type of harness is going to come in really handy, but it wasn't worth spending north of $200 so I was left with the cheaper options and we all know how that story usually ends.I was impressed with the material and build. It is very durable and holds the camera securely. I shoot with a Sony a7r iii and an a7 iii with a variety of lenses so my setups aren't light. The sliding lock mechanism works really well. it was nice to keep the camera I wasn't using from swinging in the way, and was still extremely fast to switch cameras. I am confident that if there is a little bit of rain, I will not get brown stains from leather rubbing on my clothes. I read some reviews about how the screw that attaches the harness to your camera backs itself out (I'm not sure why you wouldn't check that before use considering the $ you probably put into the equipment hanging off of it) however I did not have that issue. There is a rubber spacer that rests between the camera and the part that screws in, and that held just fine. I kept checking it and it never backed out at all. I also read some comments about the back strap coming unhooked on people. I could see how that could be a problem for some people depending on fit, but I did not experience any issues at all.I'm not sure what spending double the price on the higher end options is going to give you that this product doesn't, but I'm definately happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone looking. The only thing I can't speak on is longevity of the product, but it seems really well built, so I'm sure that will be fine. I will stop back in to update if there are any issues. I have used this product while single shooting a couple weddings (I had to run around everywhere all day) and also during a couple hiking trips (used as single harness) and have had no issues.Thank you for making such an amazing product at an affordable price!
