How do you adjust the sound on the blood pressure monitor?
With the monitor turned off, press and hold the "SET" button for 3 seconds. You’ll see "SP---ON/OFF" on the screen. Press the "MEM" button to switch between settings. "ON" means the sound is on, and "OFF" means it’s muted.

My 80ish year old grandmother wanted one that voiculy read out her reading and this was perfect. Be advised, it squeezes like the machines, that use to be at the grocery stores with pharmacies. But it still is a great buy and for the price. It does come with 2 different size cuffs, and one is definitely for bigger arms, like myself.

Do not be fooled, the automatic measurement function is completely a decoration, often misjudgment, when the measurement is not measured, should not be measured and blind measurement, there is no law at all.

This blood pressure monitor is easy to use, and the large LED screen makes it simple to read. The rechargeable battery is a nice touch, eliminating the need for constant battery replacements. The included cuffs accommodate a wide range of arm sizes, which is great for different users.However, there are some issues. The readings can be inconsistent, sometimes varying noticeably between measurements taken just minutes apart. Additionally, the build quality feels somewhat cheap, and the buttons are not as responsive as expected.One significant drawback is the noise caused by the monitor talking. It speaks the readings out loud, which can be quite disruptive, especially if you want to take measurements in a quiet environment. I had to cover the speaker holes to make it more discrete.Overall, it’s a functional device for casual home monitoring, but if you need highly accurate and reliable readings or a quieter experience, you might want to explore other options.
