I love this item EXCEPT for a single issue and I am considering returning it I'm so disappointed.Most modern earbuds and many headphones have a pause button that can by used for my music app and by Youtube. This one does not have that. Why would they not consider how we use these items.I have earbuds that have this feature but I need a headset that won't fall out and I prefer just having the headset over one ear. So, this item is great for that but I hate having to need to talk to someone in the house and I have to fumble for the screen to wake up and then press the pause button. For my earbuds ($30 or so) I just push the button on the side of the bud and push it again when I want to resume.Here's the kicker: there is a large button on the hub of this unit called a "BlueParrott Button" and it is easy to access but it is used to mute the microphone. nothing wrong with that but the pause button is more important for me. Why not let that button be a pause button when not on a call?Very disappointed.

So my husband is a heavy haul trucker(6 figure weights) running an older Peterbilt with a very loud jake(sounds like a machine gun going off), I'm not impressed but he loves it. I got tired of hearing his truck while talking and we looked into this headset and finally got one cause he said he didn't want to look like a super trucker lol. The impressive side was I could not not hear the truck anymore until the ac broke in his truck. We are in a triple digit heat wave right now so he was putting the windows down and sweet baby Jesus the wind noise was unbearable. Needless to say if you aren't going to be in the wind or anything like that it works really well. We first tested it with him sitting on the lawnmower and it worked great while it was running.

First headset I've had that cancels ambient noise well. Had a lot of trouble hearing callers. Only comes with the one earbud so hopefully it fits your ear. Not the case with me. Charge lasts a long time. Can't walk far from device without losing connection. Lesson learned: Do not buy used.

REALLY? Lousy uncomfortable device - Sounds like using can-string-can - quality very bad - took a chance to order re-man as most re-man work good - hopefully, the sound quality is due to bad reman and not the device itself. Going back to -poly-5200 as it works great, feels great, but after about 1.5 years you need to replace.

Was hard to keep on my ear and it waa hard for people to hear me when the window was down in my truck. I don't recommend this if you are a drive. As for home or gym iy is good
