I used to wear the SIM shorts to the pool and switched to these instead. It allows for a good body position and are more comfortable.

These sleeves add a very subtle improvement to my swimming. I normally swim with "anchor" legs probably due to a weak kick. This product has really helped that problem and I now get less tired after swimming laps.

Runs very small! Feels too restrictive on. Did not keep- returned it!
