Don't let the size fool you. This little bluetooth amplifier works great. It is powering a set of Klipsch outdoor speakers and sound great. Bluetooth range is decent. Just try and not put alot of walls or objects between your Bluetooth source and the amplifier.

I've actually bought a few of these and I've been using them on motorcycles. They make a fantastic upgrade over. Basically any stock system in a dresser or goldwing and allow for much more powerful speakers or even the ability to use high-powered transducers (and they shake whatever you're attaching to to make sound such as the fake gas tank on a goldwing)I'm glad they come with pigtails, but I really wish I could get this with some sort of terminals so I could have a cleaner install. It would also be amazing if I could get a version where the power/ volume knob is on a cable so I can tuck the box out of the way somewhere and make it watertight and only leave the knob exposed.

I mounted this in an old radio cabinet that's been sitting in the basement for god knows how many years. I didn't really know what to expect, but it couldn't be any worse than nothing...Very pleasantly surprised overall. Fastest Bluetooth connection I've ever used; it connects almost the instant you tap to connect, and is good for about forty feet.I mounted this Bluetooth board powering a pair of MB Quart 4 ohm/60w 4-inch coaxial speakers in the old radio cabinet, with a pair of cheap Skar 1-inch tweeters wired in parallel with DIY bass blockers, and lined the cabinet with dynamat left over from a car audio project. It isn't mind-blowing, but it sounds nice, definitely more than adequate as a bedroom/workshop/office piece, and is fun to show off. My six year old daughter saw the whole process and thinks it's amazing that we can build our own stereos, which is well worth the $60-ish I spent on all the parts. No EQ knobs on this one, but most phones have an EQ in the settings you can tweak. My power source is only 10v so it cuts out before it gets too loud, which isn't a big problem for what I'm using it for, though a more powerful one would probably make it sound even better. Sound quality is plenty clear and responds to tweaks from the source well. Can't wait to make another one, this time hopefully powering a sub, as well!

So I looked at several of these amp/bluetooth receivers all seemed very close in design and overall build quality. I choose this one based on its reviews and price under 20 us dollars delivered in one day wow! Spent about 30 minutes assembling and running a test using a lithium drill 18v battery. Powered it on and my phone saw it immediately and paired no issues. Opened Spotify and listened to several types of music and spoken word stations. Sound quality is on par with much more expensive gear. Using a set of Pyle 4ohm 200w speakers it drove them exceptionally well it wasn't coming close to 200 watts however the power supply was just a 2amp hour 18v battery. However it still pushed enough volume to be heard easily all through my home. I'm going to use this setup in my old truck 12v 5amp switched supply. It's good to remember even in the off position the Bluetooth circuit is continuously powered. Now I wouldn't expect this draw to kill an automotive battery quickly however left on over days between use it could. The initial test was very pleasing considering I have less than 50 dollars in the entire setup. Even at roughly 1/2 volume in the amp and the source at 100 percent it was loud enough to easily be heard over the road and truck noises while driving. So for this meager amount of money my thirty year old Ranger now has bluetooth radio, GPS, all the great things my phone can do. According to the specs given the speakers at full blast are receiving 40watts at 4ohms using the existing 12v circuit originally provided for a radio. Plenty of wattage to drive the Pyle 4ohm 200w rated speakers. What a time we live in back in the day I had a clarion head unit with 2 Kicker boxes by stillwater and door Kenwood pro series speakers along with a 200 watt amp driving the boxes and an 80w equalizer driving the door speakers I had more 1500 in this setup and it rocked inside a small pickup. Not saying this setup sounds that good or that loud. However this setup especially for the price is incredible especially considering all I get once paired to my phone. Anyway long review but if you want to replace an old system in your beater car or truck and not spend hundreds of dollars this is a great way to go. Takes very little understanding of electronics to assemble the biggest thing to keep in mind is the polarity of the amp when connecting the power and use 4ohm speakers to help get the most out of this little guy.

Pros: Very versatile product. Can be mounted anywhere. Easy to assemble and connect to any speaker. Connects with bluetooth immediately and a digital tone indicator. I do like the accessories that it comes with like power jack, knobs, screwdriver, screws and housing. Comes with or without an auxiliary jack. The power and sound it has is nice. No static noise that I have noticed. I will buy again. I have many ideas for this little gadget!Cons: It cuts off every once in a blue moon because I think it overheats but am not sure. Maybe there is a line spike in the household plug that resets it (it has overload protection I believe). All one has to do if this happens is disconnect from the power source for a couple of minutes then plug back in. Does not come with a power plug which I would like to see in the future. I bought a 24V cord. Don't turn it all the way up if your speakers can not handle it or the sound will be distorted and bad.
