I've purchased many other more expensive Bluetooth headsets than this one and call quality is decent on this one but main thing is excellent battery life for calls and decent sound quality even for listening to media. I have bought 3 of these one I left access to dogs and they broke it so I got 2 more to have a spare but currently still using the second one for over a year now and spare is still new in box. Decided to use some other ear gel plugs from another set because I liked the fit better and occasionally when leaning down to side I wear it on it tries to fall off but when not working on my side regulator wearing stays in place relatively well. Not sure exactly how durable it is but it's held up to regular daily use from morning to night and occasional drops. Very pleased with value compared to other similar and also expensive Plantronics as I've used them all over the years. Most others have good battery life but below average sound and call quality or excellent call and noise reduction and not even a full work day of battery with average to heavy usage. Have never gotten low battery notification on this even after forgetting to drop it in its charging case for a couple days. Usually have to recharge the storage case every couple weeks with daily toping off the headset battery. Nice option to disconnect headset when connected to charging pins in the case and auto reconnects to phone when removed from case. Make sure headset is connected to charging pins in case and case battery has battery life left because it won't disconnect if case battery is dead but there is a meter when connected to show case battery level and it's only been dead a couple times when I forget to periodically charge the case after a couple few weeks.

This item suits my needs well. It's easy to use; it has extra ear pieces for a perfect fit; it pairs easily with my devices (Apple); it's lightweight to wear; it's stylish; good price point; nice compact case for storage; uses a c cable for charging (included); calls are clear & don't drop. Even music, sounds decent (not my Bose). I highly recommend this product.

I bought this to replace a Poly (aka Plantronics) Voyager 5200 that I thought I had lost for good. I was pleasantly surprised by how big of a bang for your buck this little earpiece is. I’ll list some pros and cons really quick.Pros:—The sound quality of the earpiece is great. Calls from other people, music, audiobooks, and videos all sound wonderful.—It comes with an in-ear style earbud that makes it so much easier to hear phone calls than the the on-ear style. (I had to buy a third-party adapter for my voyager 5200 to have this)—It’s 95% (read the con in the next section) comfortable. It rests comfortably behind my ear and is very easy to adjust.—It comes with a nice charging case.—The mic quality is very good. My son has borrowed it several times to call me while driving down the road, and I can hear him crisply and clearly in his old ‘06 Ford Truck. My husband also says he can hear me impressively well when I use it, even though I am somewhat soft spoken. We do agree that it’s not quite as crisp as the voyager 5200, though.—The battery life is good. I have no problems getting through the day with this little guy. Popping it back into the charging case when I’m not using it has been a life saver too.Cons:—My Biggest Complaint: The entire flat/round base at the back of the mic boom is an answer/hang-up button, and I accidentally press the dang thing every time I’m trying to put it in my ear and answer calls on the fly. I’m constantly hanging up on people and having to call them back because of my bumbling fingers.—The mic boom tends to rest against my face instead of hovering a couple millimeters over it like I would prefer. I can usually finagle it to sit the way I like, but it can be a bit of a process. It might be because I’m a bit in the chubby side, and it might be easier if you have a thinner face. I’m honestly not sure.—The ear loop is detachable, and you can make it fall off with enough manipulating. Make sure you push it all the way back together after you’ve been messing with it. It’s not a big deal, and it doesn’t happen a lot, but it’s something to watch out for when you’re using it.My conclusion:The pros outweigh the cons, and I don’t regret my purchase at all. I actually really enjoy this little earpiece. I eventually found my voyager 5200 in my truck, and was able to pass this earpiece down to my teenaged son who praises it as an absolute game changer. So, my family is still getting a lot of benefit out of it.If you’re on the fence or worried about some of the negative reviews, I hope I’ve helped ease some of the worry. It’s a great buy for the price. If you notice a rare problem in the mic quality like some reviewers have, do not settle for that. Send it back and get another one, because from my experience, it’s supposed to work really well.

I needed a product that could work seamlessly with my iPhone and Windows PC simultaneously, providing a quality conversation. I have AirPods Pro, which are excellent with iPhone and Apple devices but never offered a good conversation option with Microsoft Teams on Windows. There was always too much noise or no voice at all. Then I tried the Jabra Talk 45; while it was good with Windows, its compatibility with iPhone was problematic.Overall, this headset does the job. It’s easy and quick to connect, and the conversation quality is excellent.

Headset is as described by the seller. Connects seamlessly well with 2 devices at a time. Have been using with my Samsung phone & HP Laptop for office meetings. Sound quality is good and have not heard of any complaints of voice quality. It is lightweight and have used continuously for about 5-6 hours for now.Overall liked the product and meets my expectation.

Edit: 1 año me duró.
