I have had repeated issues with it clogging up fast, even when descaling and back washing regularly. They do have great customer service and provided advice and additional filters free to make up for it. Will buy a newer model after this one of they improve the design to not recycle the waste water.

Very easy to use and comes complete with the parts necessary for repeated descaling in the future. Comes with well written instructions with access to a video if need be. Highly recommend.

This product is an absolute must have. If anyone else has struggled with the cleaning the system like we had. This is the missing link to not destroying any filters!It comes with four caps and two solution packets enough to last you through 2x cleaning. I've been looking for this product and found it by mistake, it was definitely not easy to find.Absolutely.Recommend this product if you own one of the ROPOTs.
