The WXF1 (and likely other Panasonic camcorders)package does not include a charger.The BM Premium charger is used with usb cable only. Thus, recharge via a powerpack possible.Battery is "read" by camera = recording time is displayed correctly.

The first one UPS delivered in an open box and was gone. I called Customer Service they reset another one and received it last night. It’s a definite buy make sure it fits the Camera camcorder that you were using it for.

This product allows for more video recording on the go with car charger, and I can still charge while recording by just swapping batteries. Nice!

I have Panasonic HC-V770 camcorder and these batteries work great!!!Last weekend I used my camera with one of the batteries from the pack.First of all, that battery was 90% charged that morning. I spent 8 hours outside on temperature around -20 C, I made roughly 2 hours of video material and at the end of the day, the battery is on 3/4 full.Amazing capacity.I would recommend them.

What can I say, they're batteries. I use them recording sporting events so I may be using lights, mics and more lights. Hasn't disappointed yet in the 4 or 5 months I've had them. Probably 2 or 3 dozen charges and still going strong. I was worried they would feel too heavy and bulky but it's really no problem at all. Overall, I would recommend and buy them again.

This battery nearly lasted for four weeks even in cold weather. It is heavier than the SLR batteries but it appears that the video camera bodies are now much lighter than before - so it balances out the weight. This was a good quality brand, and Big Mike's comes well packaged with additional lens cloth and padding.

Cost effective solution. Charging is slower than expected -- say 6 hours to fully charge a battery.
