Use these to tie up our pontoon. So far they are holding up. Even after our horrible storms. I feel the price is fair. We usually end up buying new ones every year because our lake can get quite rough.

I thought this would be good for short period docking, but I think they are too short for me. Quality is good and I'd recommend if the size it right for you.

Great dock bungee. Holds the boat near the dock. Always have a spare as all of them will eventually fail due to the sun.

I got these bungee dock lines because I do have a boat. If you have a boat, plan to have a boat, or know someone who has a boat – you will NEED these bungee dock lines! Why? Simple, any time you moor the boat, short-term to load/unload, or longer-term, you’ll want to keep the boat from beating itself against the dock with any wave action- and it is nearly impossible to do with straight lines, sometimes even with fenders.I like these particular bungee ropes because of their smaller size. They stow easily and are fairly light. They have a loop or bight each end. Almost invisible to see, there are also small sections of clear tubing on the end loops. These allow you to cinch down the after placing on the cleat, whether on the dock or on the boat. These can be tied off directly, or to another dock rope extension when you need more line. In either case, the bungee-action helps to cancel the boat motion induced by the waves. Or more particularly, gently slow down the motion before the ropes reaches the end of the line and jerks the boat to a halt.Considering that these come in a pair, the price is not too bad. While you could string multiple of these shorter bungee cords together to make longer bungee cords for use with more exaggerated wave action, it might make more sense to just get some longer cords. Just don’t let your friends borrow them – you might not get them back!

Got these to use with my SeaDoo GTX PWC, and they work like a charm. They're sturdy, durable, and easy to use. The bungee feature is great, as I can stretch them between two mooring cleats and hold my vessel snug against the dock. They're also useful when a friend and I want to take a pause on the water to chat or have a snack - we can lash our craft together to prevent drifting apart. The 3-foot length is perfect for my needs, your needs may vary. These bungee dock lines are a good product at a good price (I paid $23.99 for a pack of 2).
