Did not get a chance to use. I was buying these to use on a kayak to provide more visibility. For some reason, I assumed that they were battery operated, even though the description does that it has wires. Just completely missed that. My fault. But, they do appear to be pretty well made and a good value for the price..

Bright, and very visible. They each have a few diodes with the lens having individual reflectors for each. They work just fine, power right up off a 12v battery. And come with a small foam gasket to put behind it. As well as some nuts and bolts to attach them.I have no complaints, will make amazing navigation lights for my smaller kayak for when I want to take it out past dark on public waterways.

I really wanted to use and value these bow navigation lights, but sided on not installing them. The material feels and looks very cheap, the reason this matters is that I don't want to spend time installing for them to last less than 6 months if at that. I really question their waterproof capabilities as the foam backing is not adhesive and just floating. Lastly, while these shouldn't have much of an amperage draw, the included leads are very cheap wiring that had maybe 6 strands of non tinned copper. If this is for a marine application the copper should be tinned to avoid corrosion.

These came in smaller than i was expecting. I planned on replacing my pontoon nav lights with these but they just don't have the projection distance i want for my purposes. would work great on any Jon boat or kayak.

Easy to install and are pretty bright. My only complaint is that the wires are a little short. Luckily I was putting them on a gheenoe and didn't need much. I attached them together to a longer lead that went to my battery and no problems.

These two lights are for navigation indicators where one is Red and the other is Green. They come with an attached wire pig tail, a good rubbery sponge gasket and mounting hardware.Importantly they are IP68 waterproof and produce 180 Lumens at only 3.6 Watts of 12/24 Volt battery power. They certainly can be used as excellent standalone navigation lights, or as additional to your existing navigation lights as enhanced safety for the required adherence to Regulations of Nautical laws.Great quality!
