It’s junk gears stripped on first use. Very flimsy construction. Waste of money. Rated for 2500 lbs more like 250lbs.

I didn't want to give even one star, because this winch is so cheaply made and fails when it is put under pressure. Complete waste of money.

Handle is not a good fit. Had to bend it to clear bolt on side in order to crank it.

VERY loud crank and when you bolt the handle down it’s to tight against the crank it hits other bolts sticking off the winch so i had to bend it outward just to crank

Used 1 time on my boat trailer . The winch drum is to flimsy when you put to much tension on the strap it causes the gears to jump and not stay tight . Will be using it for a boat anchor now .
