I used them overnight and I exercise a lot so my muscles hurt most of the time but when I used them I walk up refreshed and my muscles weren't painful. As far as sleep though I didn't sleep well and the smell from them is not the greatest other than this I believe they that they do their job so I will continue using them.

I love it The only problem I have with it is you only get 5 days that's a lot of money to me pay 😔 you would think that they will come down with the prices or to increase it I can afford to keep giving it up like that I'm just saying the price is very high $30 plus for only 5 days That's highway robbery 🤔

I have a host of many different painful issues and after using the BodyPure 2x Detox pads I feel soooooo much better. To continue them and I will send pads out to testing lab to see exactly what is pulled out from my body. You have to try them. A little pricey but isn't your well-being and health worth it. Love them. I feel so cleansed. Talk again soon.

These seemingly work pretty good comparing the before and after of the pads. I suppose they do what they are intended for. I don’t love the smell.It smells like spearmint and bbq smoke got into a fight and the bbq won and the smell doesn’t fade after use. I did notice relief from my cramps. The adhesive is very strong when removing it felt like taking off a hospital bandaid(iykyk). Only 2 odd things to report were 1 my feet felt/feel tingly during use and after removal and 2 about an hour before removing it felt like I was going to catch a charley horse. I noticed some other reviews said using 2 pads was fine which is what I did but tomorrow night I will try with one and see if there is any difference. I would recommend wearing socks over the pads especially if you toss and turn a lot. Also the pads harden after use.

They have a smell to them that was unexpected. If you are very sensative to smells, you may have an issue. It was pretty strong but I was able to get passed it.It says on the box to wear these patches consecutively for 30-90 days. The box only has 10 pads. 10 days. The box also says that you can use 1 at a time if you choose so you could stretch it out to cover 20 days. So to be able to use as they say to notice results at the least amount of days, 30 days, you would have to buy 3 boxes to cover a 30 day month. I would prefer to be able to purchase a entire 30 day month in 1 box instead of 3. What if you could only afford to purchase them seperately. That would be a big inconvinience.

The foot pads really work, after using them off and on for a week I really could tell a difference in how I felt. Less toxins, less bloated, my ankles used to be swolen by mid-day (I am on my feet from sun-up to past sundown) even my skin tone looked better. Now they do have a different odor but it might just be the toxins being drawn out? I just put some socks on over them. Thumbs up! I already ordered more.

I was having some foot pain, so I put one on that foot before pain. Haven't had it since. Thought, oh that has to be too good to be true! Then was having some knee pain on the other leg. I Remembered these and have them another try, knee pain GONE! They are stinky, but they work amazing! If you are having joint pain, try these, they are pretty amazing! A little more expensive, but remember you only need to do 1 foot!! And made in the USA!
