Sound coming from the right is coming out of my left earphone and vice versa.

I tested this with a known cheapo cable that introduces ground fault noise. It eliminated it. There's not much to say except that this thing works.Deserving of my rarely-awarded 5 stars.My rating system:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value!4 Stars = Excellent product.
