I use a Yamaha AG06MK2 on my pc. I upgraded my graphics card to a 3080ti and under heavy load I would hear sounds through the speakers. I bought this device and it worked great. Until it didn’t. Stopped working 10 months later. The box states 12 month warranty but the Amazon seller only sells this with a 30 day. Could track the manufacturer down. This seller sells this for $65 while others sell the wisdDefernder for $30. If they reach out to return I’ll update that they are good sellers and honored the warranty.

It might as well have been a USB cable for all the noise it "eliminated."

I don't normally write reviews but felt this one was important, especially on such an obscure type of item. I was getting a ton of noise from connecting my digital piano to a USB hub via a USB-B (printer) cable. This fixed the noise 100%! Such a relief! Spent some $$ trying different things before finding this!

I recently built a 2 system environment (PC and Mac)) that is "switched" via my single BenQ monitor's (PD3205U) built in KVM switch. Unfortunately, this KVM does not switch 3.5mm audio sources, only USB, DP and HDMI. Even though DP and HDMI pass audio, for my application I needed 3.5mm audio plug, so I bought a USB to 3.5mm DSP along with a Ground Loop Noise Isolator for Home Stereo Systems with 3.5mm Audio Cable - both of these products can be found on Amazon. Although the 3.5mm ground loop isolator helps, I still had a humming noise coming from my Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speaker system (specifically, the subwoofer). It wasn't until I watched a YT video on identifying / isolating "ground noise" that I realized my "hum" was coming from the USB Digital Signal Processor. So, after installing this product, the hum went away..... so well, that I did not need the 3.5mm ground loop isolator.I suspect my use case is rather unique (that's why I provided that long preamble) but I wanted to share how this product was used to solve my very illusive problem. I only gave it 4 stars for "value for money", since it comes as a kit with various USB configurations. I only used the NON USB C (the largest of the 3)... I guess I will save the other 2 for future projects, if I do not misplace them in the meantime ;)Anyway, I highly recommend this product - since it WORKS!

Connected the device as instructed. Once I connected power to the USB block, the device actually cut out the signal all together from my Scarlett 2i2. It TECHNICALLY cuts out the noise but also renders the audio device useless as well. Will look for another solution.

Connected this to 2nd usb channel on audio device coming out of my desktop. The distortion sound still happened every few seconds of listening to music or other audio. I had tried various cables prior to this. I got this hoping it would perform like the 3.5mm ground loop isolators. Sadly it did nothing for me at all.
