I liked it ordering was easy, shipping was on time if not early. Nice paper, smooth to the touch, sturdy cover, pretty red color, lines were light enough to draw, dark enough for a guide. Large enough to use comfortably and I just wish it was thicker, because it is really nice. Also, the book says engineering I would have liked to have personalized title option. The gold foil is nice too. No damage it takes pen, pencils, marker seems to soak through the back a bit. For me, it doesn't bother me.

This is a very useful tool for engineers, as well as for many other professions. The notebook is sturdy, and the pages are well-bound and not likely to come apart easily. It's really good if you're keeping permanent notes (including establishing traceability for original ideas), and the graph format makes sketching in the book very easy (and even makes my usually-sloppy sketching look pretty good). I only have 2 suggestions; it could use a bound ribbon for marking a page location, and more total pages would also be very useful (it comes with 168 pages). I'll be buying more of these books in the future.

Pretty good. I like the way the table of contents is laid out - it has a blank spot for every page instead of a bunch of blank spots where you can write page numbers.

Notebook came damaged in 2 corners and on front. Pictures attached. Either this is a very low quality book, or uncaring packing/shipping. Regardless I would be embarrassed to submit this notebook for review in the shape it is in.

If you work in a profession where archival written records are a necessity (and in our litigious society that would be about everyone providing professional services to someone else), this is the record book you want. The paper is quality stock and will handle whatever type of pen/ink you throw at them (I use a fountain pen so cheap paper doesn't work). The binding is Smyth-sewn which means the pages and the cover are going to stay together through a lot of rough handling. It also means the book will lay flat without stressing the spine which really helps when writing while resting the book on whatever surface is convenient rather than at a desk.There are both cheaper and more expensive record books out there but this product provides solid value for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommended.

These books are well-constructed and have great paper and inking. I haven't found a better notebook yet. If you can afford this notebook, you should buy it. Make sure you get a trimmer such as and some for pasting documents, as well as a nice pen like for writing. There's no point in a nice notebook if its contents are lacking.
