I first saw this in the gym at work and tried it out and searched for videos. This is an amazing all-in-one exerciser. There are so many things you can do. The web site also has great tips/videos on how to use this. Yoga, Strength, Balance. So far I've used this at home since the day I've gotten it for a week now and love it. I can feel the muscles being used to help be stabilize my motions. This is exactly what I needed to add to my exercise routine. Highly recommend if you like to add fun diversions to your exercise routines.Note: I used my electric pump to fill this as it would have taken me forever to do it with the hand pump. Nice they give that to you, but much better to use the electric pump.

I've used one of these at the gym many times and loved/hated it. Got one for our home gym now and it's exactly the same high quality. Great addition to any home gym...extremely versatile piece.
