Love the Bosu - this is my second! Best stability training ever! My ankle issues disappeared after I started training with the Bosu (previous ankle sprains resulted in casts and bone contusions). Plus it’s FUN! Jogging or dancing on the dome is great cardio and good for stability. Lunges, squats or pushups are all more effective on the Bosu.

I bought a used BOSU ball from Spreetail. When it came, it was in kind of a beat up box and definitely in need of cleaning when I got it out of the box. The pump that was supplied with the ball was broken. The ball cleaned up pretty easily with a light mix of dish soap and water. I contacted the seller about the pump and they immediately sent out a brand new replacement pump for it. The BOSU is an excellent exercise device. I would give Spreetail 3 stars for prepping a returned item for resale. I would give them a six star review for how they stood behind the product they were selling. To me that’s where the rubber meets the road.

Feels super solid when you take it out of the box. The box has the directions for how to inflate it correctly the right amount on it and it is super straightforward and well thought out. I use it for lots of different workouts and I actually really like meditating on it too!

I have found Bosu balls to be really useful for improving balance and coordination. The wall chart really comes in handy for people who have not received good instruction from a gym instructor or physical therapist on the ways that it can be used.I received this Bosu ball today and I'm excited to begin using it. I must note though, that the first one I ordered arrived with a damaged valve. It looked like someone have completely ripped out the valve and then returned the damaged product. The package I received today arrived in a box that had clearly been opened and then sloppily retaped. One end of the cardboard box was torn I expected to find another damaged ball, but this one was in excellent condition, with a pump, two plugs, and a card that contained a QR code that gives access to the manual, warranty, and wall charts.As other reviewers have written, the pump is not really useful. Luckily I have an electric pump with an adapter that fit the Bosu valve. Otherwise, it would have taken forever to inflate the ball using the manual pump that came with the ball, but less than a minute or two with an electric pump. Just don't overinflate it.The Bosu ball seems to be of sturdy quality. The handles on the sides make it easy to carry around and to turn over. Also, it doesn't skid, even on a wooden floor.

As I get older, I notice my balance isn't what it used to be. I use the balance trainer for practicing taekwondo kicking techniques. I try to do this a couple minutes most days and that's all that's been necessary to notice improvement in my balance. Very excited to see what a few months of balance training will bring!The quality of my BOSU is great- haven't noticed deflation the few weeks I've had it.

Es hat ein paar Tage gedauert, bis wir das Bosu erhalten haben, aber jetzt, wo es zu Hause ist, bietet es uns die einmalige Gelegenheit, einige Gleichgewichts- und Kardioübungen zu machen, während wir vorbeigehen und es sehen. Schön!it took some days to receive the Bosu but now that it is at home, it provides the unique opportunity to make some balance and cardio exercises while we pass by and see it. Nice!

I was first introduced to BOSU in an exercise class at my local gym. I was impressed that we were able to use this simple piece of exercise equipment to address cardio, core, upper and lower body strength in addition to balance and stability. I made this specific BOSU purchase for home use and think most people would be hard pressed to find another single piece of exercise equipment that addresses all of those needs that's also a low one-time investment and is low maintenance.It comes with everything you need to get started and includes a QR Code that provides you with ample workouts, a manual and warranty information.

There are lots of balance trainers on the market, but after doing some research I decided to go with BOSU. The getting started QR code is really useful and takes you straight to everything you need - the manual, videos on set-up, registering your warranty, and work-out videos. Even the outside of the box has a marker level of 8.5 inches so you have a guide for inflating it correctly. It seems really sturdy and built to last.

el articulo llegó usado venía sucio y con mal embalaje pero al probarlo y comprobar que es un excelente entrenador para mejorar equilibrio y fuerza decidí quedarme con el, al cabo de una semana observe que el mismo articulo tenía un buen descuento decidí regresar el articulo y cambiarlo por otro igual, ahora con descuento.
