Great old school marker system! I have a fancy cable label printer but for large electrical projects this fas quicker.

The label material is very durable and strong, however the numbers and letters are extremely hard to peel. When you are in the field building an IT rack you don't have time for that. I used mine twice and gave up, never again. I instead started using the BMP-21+ (which is from Brady as well) with a 3/4" vinyl label tape and it's much faster principally when you need to label wires using letters and numbers such as A01, imagine peeling the A, the 0 and the 1, good luck with that!

Nice cable labels for when you need a reasonable number, but not enough to buy a printer.Durable labels, which can even be removed and reapplied to a different cable. (I know, I am weird)Comes with the number 1-90, as well as A-Z, and extra 1-15.- I wish it just had more numbers, rather than the extra lower numbers.

Not easy to peel off the paper. They stay on cables OK so far, but all in all there are better solutions. Heaven forbid you're labeling a lot of cables - this is not the way you want to go.

I started my IT career cabling and racking servers, and I've been running sound for venues and churches on the side for about a decade. Because of these experiences, I've been disappointed by many labeling products over the years (label makers, pre-printed plastic labels, bulky Velcro labels, etc.) After reading the other reviews, I was hoping I'd finally found something useful in these Bradley labels. Turns out I have. Some notes about the product after using it during a complete cable reset for the church I recently started attending:- The material is a cloth-like vinyl. It is very flexible and lays flat; the end piece won't try to pull back to straight.- The adhesive is strong, especially if you wrap the label on itself (going around a cable). It also seems more than adequate at sticking to rubber and hard plastic.- The adhesive is reusable, though I'm not sure if I'd do it more than once or twice. We ended up going with a different vocal mic order after a couple performances, and I was able to shuffle the labels between XLR cables with very little loss of adhesion.- The individual label lines are cut in 3-3-1 sections. For me, this meant I could use both the 3-part sections to get two circumferences on my cables, then leave the single section for temporary/board uses.- The book is the perfect size for putting in a back pocket while doing a job. This might not seem like a big deal, but when you're trying to coordinate people and tasks, any item that is easy to carry/keep track of is great.- There is an indicator to tell the difference between a 6 and a 9, which is very useful for purposes like mine where there is no set viewing angle. This product obviously isn't ideal for situations where customized labels are needed, but for more technical uses where basic numbers/letter codes make sense, they are perfect, especially if it's important they stay in place long-term. I've seen labels like these eventually get brittle, but it was after 20+ years in a low-humidity environment. I've checked them after several performances, and I have every confidence they will stay in place for years to come, so they are worth every penny I paid for them.

Used these labels decades ago at the Nevada Test Site for underground thermonuclear weapons testing where crossing wires wasn't a good idea. Fast forward 40 years, needed labels to disassemble a Hammond organ at church for repair, purchased on Amazon, and was surprised to receive the exact same uncompromising quality in an era where everything else has long since been cost reduced to a shadow of its former self. Credit to Brady.

These wire markers are really great and fairly affordable. I gave it four stars because the description from Amazon wasn't very helpful. I've included the exact contents of each booklet below. The booklet consists of vinyl markers approximately 1.25" in length and 1/8" width. Each strip contains seven symbols, letter or numbers. They are scored so that the strips can be broken into three parts - two parts containing three symbols and a remaining one symbol. There are four strips each of 1 through 90 and two strips of 1-15, A-Z, 0, +, - and /.
