The one way valve did not work. I tried both ways, open valve, bleeding normally, and it would not let even air past.

Useless item. Don't bother, check valve doesn't work and hoses are like 4 inches long..

Works great, especially for a one-man operation on a side-by-side. Just don't forget to wash it out but do not use brake, clean, simple soap and water with a little bit of air

Works well for the price paid. They body is NOT marked for inlet/discharge, so I had to take it apart to find out. The hose clips provided would not fit over the hose when installed over the bleeder screw, but this car is very old (1972) so it might do better with newer cars.

This is the first time that I needed to bleed my brakes. As a novice I thought that it would be best to have a tool for that purpose. There was barely any flow through this one way valve. After about an hour of fighting with this piece of equipment, I decided to just use a Gatorade bottle with about an inch and a half of brake fluid in the bottom and a hose that went from the bleeder to the container bottom.Within 15 minutes, I had all the brakes bled and the vehicle back in service. A wasted $10... Simpler is better!
