  • EASY TO USE: The brake caliper tool is easy to adjust the squeeze handle compared to the knob handle and swing handle, which reduces hand pressure and fatigue during use. Our Dual Piston Brake Caliper Compressor makes replacing dual piston brake pads a breeze. Brake maintenance and replacement is easily accomplished without complicated, labour-intensive operations.
  • QUICK REPLACEMENT: To use this compressor, simply insert the caliper and squeeze the tool handle until the piston contacts the inner brake pad. It works but not well. When you squeeze the handle the spades separate but only about a centimeter then when you let go of the handle, it releases but the slide won't come back on the rod with the handle so you can't add any pressure. You have to release the spades a little, then let the slide release on the rod. Once the slide moves back to the handle, you can squeeze the handle to open it another centimeter. I'm sure that isn't what the makers intended but that's what happens. As long as there is pressure on the spades, the slide (actuator) won't release with the handle and the whole thing gets stuck until you release any pressure on the spades. Kinda stupid if you can't just keep squeezing the handle until the pistons are pushed in. Clearly a defect in design or build quality.I am not impressed.
