Product came to me well packaged and on time. Only thing missing was instructions. It was easy to figure out how to use it but the dies took some time to understand which one to use. The only downside to this product besides instructions is the small writing on the dies which makes it had to read. The plus side is the tool makes perfect flares. There are no teeth marks no half made flares because of not turning handle tight enough. All in all a keeper.
