I decided to change the tubes (valves) in my 68 Fender DRRI as they are now 4 years old. This amp is played almost every day for hours for gigs, rehearsals and just plain noodling for learning and just to hear it with different guitars. Although I carry spares in my gig kit I figured it was time to just replace them. This 5AR4/GZ34 rectifier tube from JJ works well. It seems to have a bit less sag than the original Fender one. It was shipped promptly by Tonal Tubes via Amazon.
