3 out of 6 arrived with a ding/dent/chip on them. I’ll still be able to use them — except the one that was chipped on the front — but I probably wouldn’t chance ordering them again.

I bought these for some art projects and really like them. The surface is smooth, with no blemishes or discolorations that might alter your paint colors. I will be buying these again and highly recommend them.

I was kind of hesitant to order these panels because of some of the critical reviews but I needn't have worried. The panels that I received worked out great. So far, I have used three of the panels in my artwork and they turned out lovely. I have used acrylic paint, heavy gesso and transparent botanical stickers on them. The paint, gesso, and stickers have adhered without any issues. I will definitely purchase more of these panels in the near future.

These canvases are absolutely perfect for pyrography, very very low grain, soft wood, and easily sanded down to perfect smoothness. However, due to how soft the wood is, they are very easily damaged, so be careful once they’re out of the packaging! I’d imagine with a light sanding these are great for whatever else you can think of, whether it’s painting or mounting photos.
