Work great initially, haven’t had them long so don’t know about long term sharpness/corrosion/durability. I use them to cut bait for catfishing. Just so much easier than knife. Problem is, on boat, conditions are harsh and they tend to get dull and corrode fast. See how these hold up this spring/summer and update if needed.

I used these shears to spatchcock my turkey this past Thanksgiving and they did the job! The shears have a lock mechanism when not in use and are great for heavy duty jobs. The design of the handle works well for jobs such as cutting out the spine of a turkey (or chicken) because the top handle is flat so you can apply more pressure without sacrificing the shears or the cut you are trying to make. It is also dishwasher safe as well. Overall, great product.
