This is easy to assemble, maintains temperature and set humidification well. I have a hydrometer inside to monitor and it coincides with the set/display temp. It is great for neonatal kittens 0-3 weeks. It is compact, but good for probably 3-4 depending upon age. My singleton one week old settles down much faster inside than just on a heat source. It is worth it! Highly recommend.

We have been breeding French bulldogs for several years, and we decided to get an incubator to keep puppies warm, before we keep them permanently with their moms. Before, we used a heat lamp to control their temperature. The only problem is that our air is too dry, so they were not in the best environment. This unit allows you to control temperature and humidity easily. It is very easy to assemble and operate, and we have been very pleased with how quickly it reaches the desired settings and keeps them there.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it works and heats up pretty quickly. Took me awhile to learn how to set it up. I'll be using it for squirrels and any small baby.

We own about 20 of these incubators and they last anywhere from 6 to 12 months before they stop working. We have to constantly replace them and are looking for an alternative because Brinsea offers no support nor do they offer repairs. So if you're going to spend a $1000 I would look elsewhere because for that price the heating element should work more than a couple of months before it breaks. This company doesn't back their products, I guess there is a reason for that.

zero support and temps inconsistent, I will never buy another brinea. They are dishonest
