It went immediately to red when installed. I think it was defective. The last one I ordered started at yellow not green. Didn’t last long either.Switching to another product all together.

These water filters work great. Water tastes good and we haven’t died from drinking Texas tap, so that’s good. I am not thrilled with the cost of the filters but add it to the list!

Our previous condo had a connected water filter system in our kitchen as well as filtered ice and water through a refrigerator filter. We love this relatively inexpensive Brita hub to improve the taste of our city water by filtering in our new condo. Water taste changes with every rain event it seems in our home city so this device makes staying hydrated fast, flavorful and inexpensive.So far the hub is easy to use, filters work well and seem to last a long time. Convenient for coffee, tea and to fill water bottles to take along for exercise.

I absolutely love it we have the most horrible water you can see in the picture how yellow it is we had this filter for 3 months with five adults in one house.. I could have went longer but we thought we should just change it it was still coming out clear ..This time I'll use it until the light changes like you're supposed to and see how long it lasts...

We use the Brita Hub machine every day; even so, the filter lasted a long time.To re-set the button to get a green light, you need to need to press it a few times, which I found out by error.

Once you change your filter it will still blink red. You will need to press 12 and 20 oz buttons at the same time for 10 sec. Press the middle button and filter should have a green light. If you are looking for a video to help you someone post a quick video in the review section.
