I have personally renewed these water filters several times, I am not an expert but it is not difficult to do. I have never had problems with my water filtration system under my sink, I save by refilling my take-out water bottles daily, in addition to cooking.

Right out of the box, the filter set looked well-packaged and organized. It comes with everything you need to replace the filters in the HydroPerfection system, which is super convenient. No more hunting down individual filters – it’s all right there. Swapping out the old filters for the new ones was a breeze. I’m not exactly a DIY expert, but the process was straightforward and didn’t take long at all. The instructions were clear, and everything fit perfectly into my After installing the new filters, the improvement in water quality was immediately noticeable. The water tastes incredibly clean and fresh, much better than before the filter change. The sediment filter does a fantastic job of catching all the dirt and rust, while the activated carbon filter really helps with the chlorine and other chemicals. My water doesn’t have that weird tap water taste anymore.

These are factory filters and they are very easy to change. They fit great and as long as you run water through them it restores the water to a great flavor . Our water is very high TDS at almost 2000 and this filter set ran our household for over a year past the recommended change intervals without fail. When changed there is easy snap in place tubing that creates a leak free finish. Great product. I will definitely continue to purchase.

The package arrived fast and safe. The replacement process does take some time and patience since the holding brackets don't always hold the filter cartridges in place and require some maneuverability to keep them in place. Replacement process is accompanied with great instructions as well as an enjoyable video to watch. This reverse osmosis system is the best that I've experienced with great water quality. Happy to have the filters changed once a year as recommended.

All quality RO under sink systems requires an annual replacement of filters. This system produces a consistant fresh tasting water. Zero maintenance. No hidden costs. Company upfront when purchasing. I really could not believe the water taste. It is the lack of the pollutants and poisons that really awakens ones taste buds! Use this filtered water for all my cooking and drinking needs. Filters out those really unhealthy chemicals. This water seems to help my meds to work better and faster. Maybe just my imagination? Not sure. I remain a beleiver in this hydro perfection RO system. I am a senior and I researched this thoroughly. I am reviewing this after a year to confirm my opinions and data.

We purchased a Home Master TMHP HydroPerfection Reverse Osmosis System a few years ago. We live in the country and have a deep well. Our water is good, but it is very hard (31 grains) and has a trace of iron. Even with a high capacity water softener, all the water fixtures and ice makers lime up. My wife has a large fish aquarium and we could not use the water. As the water sits, it outgasses CO2 and the pH creeps up from 7.2 to around 8.5 killing the fish in the process. We've tried other RO systems in the past, but they were junk. We spent the money on this system and mounted it next to the water softener in the basement. We then connected it to a small booster pump and a small bladder tank along with purchasing another large reservoir tank. That got connected to both ice makers and separate drinking water spigots in the sinks both upstairs and downstairs. We never run out of RO water and our ice cubes are crystal clear without any of the ice maker garlicky odor. The water tastes great and best of all, we haven't lost any of her fish since then. With the extra reserve tank, she can do 20% water changes in the aquarium and not run out. We purchase and replace the filters on a yearly basis and have never once had a problem with this system.

We received a notice in the mail over three years ago that our water service provider was in excess of the local/state PFOA levels allowable. After finding out that the only way to filter PFOA's was via a reverse osmosis system, we found Home Master and so thankful we did! The installation was easy and the maintenance is seamless. We replace our filters roughly 1x a year. The water is clear, fresh, and never disappoints. We use this for mainly drinking and cooking food items that need to be boiled.

Don’t get me wrong, fantastic water comes out of this thing. Life changing.The issue is when you have this mounted under the sink, but where else would you put it. The filters don’t stay in the stupid clamps attached to the blue thing in the middle. So you put one in and another pops out. It goes on for hours trying to get it back on, it makes you want to just throw the thing away.So great water, but changing the filters is one of the most unnecessarily annoying things you will ever do. You will be so mad your entire day is basically ruined after. So be prepared.

Got her early. Our second kit. No complaints as this system does its job very well. It’s pricey still even though they finally knocked down their price. I would recommend this system and it’s filters.

Verdaderamente creo que la calidad del agua sea superior a la de otros sistemas.He comparado cualquier otro sistema y es la única marca cuyos componentes filtrantes declaran una capacidad de 12 meses para las diferentes etapas que estan integradas en cada uno de estos tres contenedores.Única marca cuya membrana de osmosis inversa declara el cambio necesario cada 3 años (por cierto es marca DOW, en mi sistema de 50 GDP). Las demás marcas requieren el cambio entre 1 y 2 años.Sólo he tenido 1 sólo inconveniente con dos o tres incidentes que describiría a continuación:Llegado el año de primer uso, se ordenó su SET ANUAL DE REEMPLAZO (que incluye los artículos de esta publicación, con lámpara UV)PRIMER INCIDENTE:A los 5 meses (al año y 5 meses desde la fecha de compra) empecé a notar que el presurizador SHURflo mantenia ciclos de trabajo cada vez mas largos, algunos días parecía que no paraba en todo el día, y obviamente el contenedor presurizado se estaba llenando de manera muy lentamente por consiguiente en las horas de mayor demanda de agua en la cocina empezamos a experimentar la falta de agua, situación que no había sucedido antes en el primer completo año de uso.Utilizando el manual del usuario comprobé que no fuera un "Problema de Almacenamiento" sino mas bien un "Problema de Producción"Desconecte cada uno de estos tres contenedores, la carcasa que contiene la membrana de osmosis la dejé en su lugar y no trabajé con la membrana (al principio). Volviendo con los contenedores..., probé los primeros dos con el presurizador (el tercero tiene una medida distinta para la tuberia, y se utilizado después de la membrana y de la lámpara UV así que no se probó). Del resultado obtuve que las primeras dos etapas (contenedor 1) pre-filtro contra hierro y la malla que elimina las arenas, arcillas, etc estaba pasando agua en el flujo nominal que viene escrito en la etiqueta. Cuando probé el segundo contenedor (contiene carbón vegetal de cascara de coco y KDF85) apenas salía un chorrito.Entonces estaba llegando muy poco flujo y muy poca presión a la quinta etapa (la membrana de osmosis inversa) de manera tal que nunca se podía llenar nuestro contenedor presurizado de 3.2 galones (también saqué toda el agua del tanque y comprobré la presión que éste debe guardar, 7.0 PSI), de manera tal que como comenté la presión del agua era tan poca para este momento del recorrido del circuito que al flujo de agua purificada le costaba mucho más vencer la presión contraria proveniente del tanque presurizado, por consiguiente el agua estaba retornandose hacia el agua de desecho junto con mas agua de desecho (la que se elimina normalmente).Intenté "lavarlo" contraflujo para darme unos días en lo que llegaba el recambio (casi tres semanas, increíble).Aún así fue necesario comprar garrafones de agua porque después del retrolavado (que no sé si fue útil o no) la situación parecia no mejorar.Vivo en Tamaulipas, y me pregunto ¿si acaso la calidad del agua se deterioró tanto en los últimos 9 ó 10 meses que en los últimos 10 años juntos? (con materia orgánica e inorgánica, sin mencionar el alto contenido de cloro para contrarrestar el color café del agua de COMAPA)(Recuerden que se probaron individualmente a una presión de 95 PSI, con el booster SHURflo que tengo conectado a este sistema)El segundo contenedor que es el que integra el material filtrante (etapas de filtro de carbón y KDF85) se encargan de cloro, materia orgánica, plagicidas, metales pesados, entre otras materias organicas e inorgánicas contaminantes) por lo cual llevan a cabo una tarea muy importante, fue justo el que estaba obstruido. Cosa que el primer contenedor (el de tierra, barro, lodo, arcilla, y el prefiltro de hierro etc se encontraba desarrollando su tarea a la perfección, sin ningún ripo de restricción en el flujo en la boquilla de salida.SEGUNDO INCIDENTE:Debido al fallo del segundo contenedor (la tercera y cuarta etapa) fue que la membrana de osmosis inversa sufrió de más por el contenido de cloro y otros contaminantes que tanto el carbón y el KDF85 que incluye ya no podían absorver, por consiguiente la membrana DOW de osmosis inversa tuvo que ser reemplazada apenas al año y medio, ya que al revisarse (aprovechando el desarme del sistema) ..., al revisarse se había formado una capa verde (se contaminó por el fallo de la tercera y cuarta etapas) ocasionando una obstrucción tal que el problema de PRODUCCIÓN se hizo evidente.Primero localicé en México un distribuidor de la marca DOW, en Jalisco, me enviaron la membrana, la reemplacé y el problema continuó, por lo que se decidió parar por completo hasta que llegara este juego de reemplazo.Asunto arreglado con el Set completo de reemplazo.Estaré vigilando la proxima fecha de reemplazo ya que el agua en Tamaulipas está muy contaminada.De los sistemas que venden aquí, tan sólo la primera etapa había que hacer el cambio del material filtrante cada mes o tres semanas, y de la de carbón cada tres o dos semanas y en los de Home Master es aproximadamente cada año (en cualquier caso siempre dependerá de la calidad del agua del municipio).Es decir en el último año empeoró tanto la calidad de agua del municipio que acortó la vida útil de estos en mas de la mitad. Cosa que no sucedió en el primer año de uso.En realidad es un producto de altísima calidad.
