Might be fixable with bandpass and modulate to range of interest. Way too powerful down low, weak at 3GHz. Nowhere close to flat with big spurs to avoid. Broadband garbage source as-is.

Not that flat. Especially at 1.5ghz that peak is large. I guess that’s why they don’t include the spectrum plot of these in the listing.
